We are very proud of our practitioners and we support them through their continued professional development. We have a hugely dedicated and loyal staff team, some of which have been with us for over 20 years . All staff are motivated at gaining further qualifications and skills to ensure that your children are in the best hands possible. All of our staff are qualified to at least NVQ level 3 in childcare rising to Degree level . Most of our staff have additional dedicated qualifications and interests these are stated below. All practitioners are DBS checked and monitored regularly to ensure your child's safety. Our staff supervision programme is of an excellent standard to ensure that practitioners feel supported and can enjoy their career.
